1. Leather Selection

The process begins with the selection of premium natural leather. Only clean-tanned leather is used, meeting ecological standards to minimize environmental impact. This ensures that each piece is resistant, durable, and has a unique texture that improves with time.

2. Exclusive Design

Our designer, Iliana Aguirre, transforms each idea into a detailed sketch. Drawing inspiration from current trends and our clients' preferences, Iliana creates unique designs that combine elegance, functionality, and versatility. Each bag is designed to be a timeless piece that accompanies our clients in their daily activities and special occasions.

3. Leather Cutting

Once the design is approved, we proceed to cut the leather. This stage is crucial, as precise cutting ensures the best use of each piece of leather and minimizes waste. Patterns are carefully traced onto the leather, and then hand-cut with precision tools to ensure that each part fits perfectly into the final design.

4. Assembly and Stitching

After cutting, assembly begins. Our artisans sew each piece by hand, applying traditional leatherworking techniques that have been passed down through generations. At ZUHA, we value handmade work because each stitch gives the bag the desired strength and aesthetic. Each seam is thoroughly checked to ensure durability and an impeccable finish.

5. Quality Control

Before each bag is packaged and prepared for sale, it undergoes rigorous quality control. We check every detail to ensure it meets our standards of excellence. We verify the seams, hardware, and overall finish to guarantee that the bag is in perfect condition.
