How do ZUHA Gift Cards work?

Giving ZUHA as a gift is very easy.

1. Choose the value you want to give

Select the ZUHA Gift Card for the value you prefer.

2. Indicate who you want to give it to

Complete the recipient's details and add a personalized message if you wish.

3. The card is 100% digital and has no expiration date

The ZUHA Gift Card is sent digitally, so there is no shipping cost. Furthermore, it has no expiration date, so it can be used whenever the person wants to choose their favorite ZUHA.

4. The person chooses their gift

The recipient will be able to choose the ZUHA product they prefer in our online store and add it to the cart.

5. How is the Gift Card redeemed?

Upon receiving the ZUHA Gift Card, the recipient will receive a unique code to use for their purchase.

After choosing their products, they must go to the cart and proceed to checkout. There, they will find the field to enter the gift card code. Once entered, the available value of the card will be applied to the purchase.

6. What happens if the purchase amount is different from the card balance?

If the purchase is greater than the card balance: the available value of the ZUHA Gift Card will be applied to the purchase and the difference can be paid using one of the payment methods available at ZUHA COLOMBIA.

If the purchase is less than the card balance: only the purchase amount will be deducted and the remaining balance will remain available on the same card to be used for a future purchase.
